1) Events: Interviews, Seminars, Workshops, Classes, Exhibits
The next event I'm assisting with (and VERY enthused about) is an all-day seminar by Tom and Linda
Carpenter, authors of Dialogue On Awakening – Communion With a Loving Brother in Ashland, Oregon
on August 29, 2009. The topic is
“Forgiveness: Innocence and Guilt," and promises to be as inspiring
and insightful as
their superb book is. I had the pleasure of meeting them in San Francisco at an ACIM
conference earlier this year where I also had the happy opportunity to hear Gary Renard, Nouk Sanchez
and Tomas Vieira,
Lyn Corona, Martha Lucia Espinoza, Earl Purdy and many other wonderful folks.
I have yet another
exhibit of my art. All 12 of my "Martineau Solar System Series" giclée prints (plus a few
extras)
are now on exhibit until around September, 2009 at the Peace House in Ashland, Oregon.
Coming up soon from Sep. 13-18, I'll again have the good fortune of assisting Dr. Leonard Laskow with a
seminar at Esalen Institute on the Calif. coast; "Opening to Oneness Through Love"; highly recommended
as are all his works.
I'm still making progress on the 2nd book; meanwhile if you haven't already, check out the 8-part article
series (links on my Events and Resources pages) which are moving closer and closer (thanks for your
patience!) to being fully expanded into the Geometry Code book.
If you are interested in sacred geometry workshops in the Medford, Oregon area please let me know!
Here's my list of current and past events. I'm getting closer to another local workshop soon! If you have a local,
regional (or global for that matter, as long as my expenses are covered) venue to suggest, please let me know!
==================================================================
2) New Products, Articles and Tutorials
The Seventh Hermetic Law (Generation or Gender) ... is the topic for my most recent article on the
Spirit of Ma'at website. I posted this in the last bulletin, but in case you missed the series of articles,
it
contains brief excerpts from my upcoming book, The Geometry Code. I've listed the articles in this series on
my Resources pages, as well as my Events page.
==================================================================
3) Recent Introductions ... (Even Still Fairly) New :-)
Enhance your edits: Geometric Video Patterns (Gradient Wipe Transition Images) for Final Cut Pro!

4) Website(s) of Interest
Thanks to Ed K. for his neat links to this fascinating TED talk linking coral reefs and fractal intelligence
in
The Crochet Code and the related Institute of Figuring. (Libby in our local geometer's group
has made some great tactile examples of these crochet fractals, BTW.)
Labyrinth fans will note that the Labyrinth Society's Annual Gathering takes place Oct. 7-11
about 20 minutes east of Portland, Oregon.
Thanks to Gyorgy and Vandorn for both sending this link to the Symmetry Festival in Hungary.
Peter Katz was kind enough to send me a sample of his clever "Sacred Geometry Deck" which
is a set of 8 transparencies plus a matching opaque Flower of Life card showing the relationships
between the Platonic Solids, Metatron's Cube, etc.
==================================================================
5) Book(s) of Interest
Michael Schneider has a new volume (#6) in his Constructing The Universe Activity Books:
Secret Windows into Nature, Art and Technology; looks interesting.
==================================================================
6) Movie(s) of Interest
If you haven't already seen it, the most recent Star Trek movie is pure fun for any age and a hoot
for the future-nostalgia (how's that for an oxymoron! :-) crowd! I saw it twice recently; once with
a dear friend to celebrate his 50th birthday, and also at a drive-in theater, which I hadn't experienced
in over 50 years myself! :-)
==================================================================
7) Music of Interest
I attended a local Moody Blues concert last weekend (thanks, Chris!) at the Britt Festival and was
re-inspired by their illusion-melting lyrics... and great melodies, orchestrations and sheer energetic tenacity!
Try making a Pandora channel for them on your iPhone; great for extended walks with headphones :-)

8) Affiliate(s) of the Month
BlueHost continues to provide us and our clients with OUTSTANDING value and service for
webhosting and domain registration; I can't say enough good things about them. It's always
a joy to interact with their staff and know that I'm directing my clients to the best available.
I'm also increasingly grateful for StudioPress for making it so easy for us to launch
great sites that are easy for our clients to maintain themselves (with minimal training.)
Many of our blogs (such as ACIMblog.com, NancyBolton.com) and client sites (such as
Laskow.net/blog, PremierHealthCarePlacerville.com,
TarksMarket.com,
CaregiverCareer.com/cafe, BodyMindPeace.com) use these excellent,
well-supported themes which have full WordPress web 2.0 database and plugin functionality.

We're not responsible for other people's egos, but we are responsible for luxuriating in them.
